Cardio have been an in thing for far too many times. Then after being made a routine way of exercising, they fall out of grace and experts come up in arms against them. Cardio training refers any physical activity performed by use of the several or even a single large muscle group of the human body in such a way that it follows a regular and an uninterrupted pattern. The movement of the muscle group or groups involved falls into a pattern and thereby helps amplify the circulation, excretion and metabolism in the body. Cardio elevates your heart rate to the optimal rate of between sixty and eighty-five percent of the highest and fastest heart rate any human can ever get.
Some cardio exercises that are in common use during training, especially by body builders include such activities like walking, track events, jogging, cycling, running, swimming, aerobics, Tae Bo and rowing. Most cardio exercises are generally considered as aerobic exercises, since they required you to move frequently from one type of exercise to the other.

8.To help make the heart healthy and vibrant in such a way that the blood is pumped at a regulated pace, not too fast nor too slow
