Steroids is a drug that will hurt you and you do not want to take it just to get more muscle because there are a lot of consequences to taking this drug. If you ant to build muscle then do s the easy and effective way not the hard and hurtful way. There are many pills that can help you get toned and fit as long as you eat right and exercise regularly. As long as you do this you will see muscle mass each and every week.
