Let’s take breakfast for example. If you get up and have a cup of coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, wheat toast with peanut butter, an apple or banana and a glass of milk, you will have a very good breakfast that is high in protein, and if you make smart choices, low in fat. a fraction of the fat but all of the protein. Simply eat something every 3-4 hours with protein or have a whey protein shake, exercise at least 30 minutes a day alternative cardio and strength training days,and in no time you will see the lean,sexy muscles you’ve always wanted!
