You need to avoid this feeding frenzy and instead change your lifestyle to involve eating healthy meals.

2. Low carbohydrates

If you want to significantly reduce the fat which is being stored in your body then you need to lower your carbohydrate intake. This is because they are easily converted into fat by the body. You need to focus on taking complex carbohydrates since they are not absorbed fast by the body hence they do not end up being converted into body fat. You meal should contain whole grain meals.

3. High proteins

Proteins are the building blocks of muscles. If you want to lose weight you need to work on increasing your lean muscles since they are responsible for increasing your body metabolism. Since you are also supposed to undertake intense weight training in order to lose weight, proteins will help fuel the training and in the repair of the muscle tissues. You should eat both animal proteins as well as plant proteins.
