You need to eat a minimum of 5 meals which include at last 2 power meals. Power meals are simply simple carbohydrates coupled with an easy and quick digestible protein. This spikes up your insulin level and if you won’t need all that energy, this will go into storage and hence lead to weight gain. For a power meal, try whey protein with some fruits and you will have the best power shake ever.

Healthy sources of cholesterol are from oils such as coconut oil, animal fats, dairy products; eggs etc. hydrogenated fats will only increase your chances of heart disease and not your weight. For you to gain healthy weight your digestion must take place optimally and a good way of ensuring this is by eating your fiber. Fibers as you all know aids in the process of digestion and helps prevent constipation. 2. Reduce Your Exercises

For your body to gain weight, then the amount of calories you take should be more tan those you burn up during your exercises. The only to ensure that this happens is by increasing your calorie intake and simultaneously reducing your exercises. I didn’t say quit working out all together because working out will ensure that you gain lean weight and not just more fat deposits around your mid-section. You should especially reduce your cardio as this is one of the exercises that lead to the rapid burning of fat and hence loss of weight. Cardio increases the metabolism which causes the boy to burn up more fat to a cutter it is beneficial but t a gainer it’s distractive.
