pmXfit – The Ultimate Training System!
A body builder who is really serious about growing into a finesse of muscles and strength must always live his or her life around healthy food, and lots of it to boot. To begin with, a body builder who is in an intense training routine must ensure that he or she eats something healthy, nutritious and calorie-packed, after every three hours or even two, for good measure.
This can be enforced in the training routine by setting the clock, timer, watch, mobile phone or any other countdown timer around your home and workplace, to ring loud after every 2 to three hours. This should be practiced until the three-hour meals habit is reinforced. Serious body builders who make it to the upper league cannot be caught even a second late for a meal.
Again, the times you eat are important. You firs meal ought to be at most thirty minutes after you get out of bed, preferably before you do anything else. Never push your breakfast to last over thirty minutes after waking up, if you are serious about gaining muscles, weight and strength. Spend the time preparing your meals, balance the nutrients, count the calories, eat the food carefully, plan you r diet as if your live depends on it, for it does and then check out the grocery list every day and if anything is missing, walk to the grocery immediately. Food is what drives muscles to the upper limit and weight is eaten not breathed. Spend the booze cash on food, budget for food before you thing entertainment, eat what you deserve, and that is undebatably, the best food around.
After all this caution, hit the gym. For starters, never, ever, train when you are hungry. If you can remember a day when you woke up and felt bored about having to eat, so you picked up a protein shake on your way out to the gym, then you need to get serious. If you can recall a day when you recently, missed several meals because you were too busy at work and you frankly forgot about food for a while, then something is not right with your program. If for instance that same day you went to the gym, even after missing out on several meals, and begun weight exercises, you wasted some muscles, actually more muscles than you can build in a week.
Never show up for body building training without a full stomach and a blood stream hyped with nutrients. Not fruits, not salads, not crackers, no, no, no. get some solid food in you and the weights will help build some more muscles. Without the food, the weights will help destroy some muscles through catabolism. That is how it works, as simple as that.
Eating regularly and eating nutritious food puts your metabolism of it’s most active and healthy form. Starvation diets and the habit of skipping meals is the reason why we have far too many skinny guys in the gym who stand no chance of ever bulking up. So be warned and give food its rightful palace in your training program.
