gun show What You Need To Know About Build Muscle SuccessfullyMany people want to stack up that abs and build more muscles, the question is how? If your for the ‘how to build massive muscles in a week’ well it’s going to be one hell of a wait. I will however break it down for you into two words; PATIENCE and PROCESS. Muscle building is achievable and it all depends on the individual and how hard he is willing to work and how much he’s willing to sacrifice.

Most things in life take time, and the process always starts in the head. You have to have high levels of self motivation that’ll take you through tough times, poor results, injuries, and longer periods of waiting than anticipated. Only then can you bounce back and if anything pull more weights.

An eagle soars higher when the wind is strongly blowing against it, heart of an eagle. That’s the key.

1.Gym

This is a guaranteed wise step. Get a gym that has a qualified trainer. Remember, just because the guy has a massive muscular body doesn’t mean that he is qualified. The gym should also have the necessary equipment kept in perfect working condition. Last but not least, the gym should be hygienic, well ventilated and have clean washrooms.

2. Get on a muscle building diet.

I know what your thinking, ‘not another diet’.

Well you can relax now, this isn’t one of those thou shall starve yourself to death kind of diet. On the contrary, this is an eat portions and portions of the right kind of foods. Am not talking about salads, am talking about real food. Proteins are a must for any serious person who wants to build muscles. There are many sources of high quality protein. White meat from poultry and fish, red meat such as beef and mutton, plant protein such as beans and cow peas, Soya is one of the foods that has a huge amount of high quality protein.

Working out requires a lot of energy, hence carbohydrates which are energy giving foods, is a must. Pumping your body with energy drinks just won’t cut it. Get the all natural energy from natures own, cook it!

A diet isn’t close to being called balanced if there is no intake of water. Drink water. Lots of it. A normal person who’s not building muscles purposefully drinks a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day, how much more should a person whose sweating gallons of water in the gym take?

3. Be strategic.

Have a goal. Which muscles exactly do you want to build? If you don’t define this, you might end up with biceps and still have the beer belly instead of the six pack that made you hit the gym. You should know that there are specific exercises meant for specific muscles. Know what you’re in essence working on.

4. Rest.

The human body is like a machine, it is bound to breakdown if overworked. Rest, sleep and if possible rest some more.
