You will thus experience an increase in the percentage of fat and this will cause you to increase weight. For you to lose weight, you need to;

A. Train with weights

The reason why you need to lift weights is so that you can be able to increase your lean body muscles. The percentage of lean body muscles will determine whether your body metabolism will be high or low. When your lean body muscles increase, your body metabolism will also increase as well.

B. Eat healthy meals

The diet you take should contain all kinds of nutrients and you should not reduce calorie intake drastically as most fad diets propose. When you do this your body will go into starvation mode and this is not good as far as your weight loses progress is concerned.

C. Aerobics

Aerobic exercises will help you lose weight very fast. The most effective cardio should be done three times a week. Cardio exercises are very effective when it comes to losing weight.
